· When can my child enroll? Thrive dance and fitness programs offer year-round open enrollment. Occasionally there is a waiting list if a class is full. However, notifications will be made when space is available for new students.
· What should my child wear to class? For your child’s safety and comfort, we require the proper footwear and movement wear to be worn during class. Your teacher will have information pertaining to your child’s program’s needs.
· How often are classes? Typically, each class is held once a week at the designated time scheduled. If a make-up class is needed, parents will be notified of the date.
· How long will my child be enrolled in the class? How do I cancel enrollment? We require a 4 week notice when cancelling your child from class. Billing will continue until we are notified. Students will never be withdrawn from class (even at the start of a new session) unless we are notified by phone or email. We hope you will never want to leave, but if you do please fill out our Cancellation Form , call us at 904-295-5746 or email hello@thrivedancefitness.com and let us know! You will be responsible for your child’s tuition if cancellation is made after the 1st of the month.
· How much is tuition? Prices at our childcare locations, community/recreation centers, homeschooling co-ops, after school locations and church center locations vary slightly. Please email or call for pricing information. You can reach us by email or call us at 904-295-5746 for more information.
· How do I pay monthly tuition? Tuition is due by the 1st of each month. A $10 late fee will be added after the 8th of the month. Customers are required to be on auto-billing with their MasterCard, Visa, or Discover card. Annual Registration Fees will also be auto charged to all accounts at the beginning of each dance year, September 1st.
· Where do I register my child? Utilize a program Registration form or Brochures are available to fill out and return with your first month’s payment and registration fee. Or you may fill out the online registration form.
· Refund/ Return Policy: Tuition and registration fees are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable. Notification to withdraw from class must be received in writing by TD&F by the 15th of the month in order to stop tuition payment for the following month. No exceptions. TD&F follows the KNOX Co. school calendar in regard to no classes…. Thanksgiving Break, Winter Break, and Spring Break, as well as any other school holidays observed by individual school locations. Total value of lost dance days due to holiday or holiday breaks has been considered and is reflected in the monthly tuition amount. There are no additional refunds or credits for missed dance days due to holidays. Thrive Dance & Fitness follows KNOX Co. School District for weather cancellations/delays. There will be no makeup classes or refunds for classes cancelled due to bad weather.
· Cancellation Policy: We are sorry to see you go but know that everyone must move on at some point. Please email us as soon as possible and before the first of the month if you wish to cancel. Please include your child's name and school location, the date of desired drop, and a brief reason for dropping the class (moving, scheduling, budget, trying other enrichment, not happy with they quality of the program, other). We will confirm the cancellation and cease any auto-pay immediately for the following month. No refund will be given for a cancellation made after the first of the month. Registration fees are non-refundable.
· Is tuition prorated if my child is absent or if the month only has 3 classes? Tuition is based on a full school year of dancing. Therefore, there is no need for prorating tuition. All tuitions are based on an average of four (4) lessons per month. Months with five lessons are considered to balance against those months with three lessons (i.e., those with holidays). No reimbursement is given for student absences.
· Can I ever watch the classes? Yes! After the first four weeks of classes, you may come to watch your child in class once per month. The first four weeks are used to help the children get used to the teacher and routine of the class.
· Bad weather policy: Thrive Dance & Fitness follows Knox Co. school district weather cancellations/delays. There will be no makeup classes or refunds for classes cancelled due to bad weather.
· Does my child participate in a recital? Yes! We will have a show each spring demonstrating all your child has learned throughout the school year complete with tutus! **PLEASE NOTE: May tuition is due in full in order to participate in our spring recital.
· Our Use of Your Personal Information: Thrive Dance & Fitness will ask you to provide information that personally identifies you, your location or your contact information when you enroll in dance classes or purchase dancewear, request information from us, or register on our site for any other reason. We will use your personal information to fulfill your specific request and also to make contact with you related to that request. For example, when you provide personal information to enroll in a dance class, we will use that information to register the student, but we will also use that information to contact you about billing and service matters or if we have a question or dispute with you. If you contact us with questions about our products or services, we will use your contact information to answer your specific questions but may also use your personal contact information to provide additional materials about our products at a later date. Thrive Dance & Fitness will access your personal information and/or share it with third parties only for the following purposes: (i) as needed to confirm compliance with the terms of your registration agreement or to enforce our rights under a registration agreement; (ii) if required to do so by law or to comply with legal process; (iii) to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of the public; or (iv) in connection with a merger, consolidation or sale of substantially all assets of Thrive Dance & Fitness, LLC. Thrive Dance & Fitness will not sell your personal information to anyone, except that Thrive Dance & Fitness may sell all rights to some or all of our products and the sale of your personal information will be part of that sale. Thrive Dance & Fitness is committed to ensuring the security of your personal information. Thrive Dance & Fitness stores your personal information in secure operating environments that are not accessible by the general public. Credit card numbers are used only for processing payment. Credit card information is accepted only through a portion of our website that encrypts the credit card information before transmission for your added protection. Registration In order to use our services, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. Our Use of Non-Personal Information Thrive Dance & Fitness also gathers and uses data that includes some of your personal information, but in a way that removes all of the parts of the personal information that could be used to identify you. That information is used for analyzing the effectiveness of various marketing strategies and also for analyzing the performance and use of our products. We may share this collected information for marketing or product improvements. Opting Out and Complaints In order to opt out of receiving commercial email messages from Thrive Dance & Fitness please send an e-mail to hello@thrivedancefitness.com.
